This is our second hut, as found. It is believed to be a Mallons of Swaffham hut. Measures approx 8 feet in length and is around 6 feet wide. The remains of the Lamb rack are inside. Unfortunately all the cast Iron Wheels are smashed. Fixed axles, no turntable.

This beautiful old hut sits on the original farm where it has served all its life, a few miles outside of Norwich; The interior is complete and includes the lamb rack, medicine chest and all the fixtures. It is kept as a reminder, of when the main income of the Farm was from Sheep.

A few miles from Wymondham this old hut rests under an Oak. The interior is a time capsule of the day she retired. The steerable axle has gone and a couple of binder wheels rest against her. Interest in the owners family may mean she is restored.

Sitting only a hundred yards from a road at Weston Logville near Norwich, we spotted this in October 2004. I asked the owner if I could photograph it and learnt that he had been offered £50 for it the previous week. Having left my number just in case, the hut had gone the following week. Now Believed to be in the Wisbeach area. It originally was towed by tractor off land which became Attlebridge airfield during the war.
